This update is to inform you that we have not been receiving interest on our funds in WBWso for the past few weeks.
We have contacted support, they said we are still receiving interest in the back office and they would look into why interest is not showing in the client front-end. This was weeks ago, we have since tried to contact WBWso a number of times to chase this up. They are no longer replying to our tickets.
We have given WBWso more than enough time to respond to our simple request. It has become evident they do not want to continue paying interest on our funds.
Lack of (or poor) customer support is, by itself, a strong enough reason to avoid any program.
In summary, the above along with emails of frustration from a number of concerned GoldArena.net subscribers gives us reason to believe that they are no longer reliable and on these grounds we are advising WBWso members to proceed with caution and consider pulling their funds out when possible.
