We thought we'd update everyone with our WBWso issues.
A few weeks back we were having major problems getting a response from WBWso after we mysteriously stopped receiving interest payments
After continued attempts, you will no doubt be pleased to know that we have finally got matters resolved amongst ourselves.
They had been having issues with their support ticket software not showing our follow-up emails. Additionally they have until recently been under-staffed and had been greatly delayed in responding to support tickets.
Anyhow, WBWso have corrected our balance to the correct amount and presumably we shall start receiving interest payments from today onwards; so all is well once again.
