11 Sept 2010 - Interim Quatro/QCoopers Update
We would like to bring to your attention some important items which require your immediate attention regarding Quatro/QCoopers recent developments.
The following does NOT YET apply to Quatro CUSTOMERS (those who joined as a customer purchasing just 1 position). The following applies to Quatro Members only.
Quatro Members (who paid the €195 membership fee) should now be receiving an email from Quatro containing their contract ID's. If you purchased 1 contract as a member, you will receive one email with one contract id. If you purchased 3 contracts, you will receive 3 emails with 1 contract id in each and so on.
You now need to take action and click on the verification link contained within these emails to confirm that your data which they have on file for you is correct. At this time of writing (11th Sept) the verification links don't appear to be working as they are in the middle of correcting some site issues, but please keep trying over the next couple of weeks.
This email states that you will require the first 2 digits of your sponsor's ID.
These first two digits you require if you joined under us, are '11'.
Quatro CUSTOMERS, you too will receive a verification email (as far as we are aware) but they are focusing on the members right now, and they will send the customer email once they have dealt with the members.

29 April 2010 - The Next Step
We are currently VERY busy replying to user emails wishing to get in to Quatro & QCoopers at the last minute. This update is just to let you know that if you have joined Quatro/QCoopers as a customer or member, you have
nothing else to do at this point.
Those who have joined as MEMBERS can send their KYC Documents (this is for QUATRO, nothing to do with the QCoopers Endowment Program) in order to receive their QUATRO Debit Card.
Again, it is important that members/customers understand that there are two different KYC Documents. One is for QUATRO, the other will be for QCOOPERS. Customers do not need to send their ID Documents to QUATRO because they are not members of QUATRO. Hope this clarifies.
We will send out an email to you when we have information on the next steps or if we receive any important updates.
26 April 2010 - MEMBERS - How To Access Your Back Office
If you have purchased 1 x €60 Contract as a CUSTOMER, this does not apply to you as you do not have a back office.
Many Quatro MEMBERS who are joining do not know how to view their back office. We'll teach you how.
- Visit http://www.quatro-mpn.com
- Log in using your Quatro ID Number (you should have received this once we approved your registration. The password is whatever you chose when signing up.
Once logged in, you will be able to view all kinds of important information. Take some time to read through the website.
26 April 2010 - KYC Documents (Required For Members)
All MEMBERS (NOT customers) who have joined Quatro are required to send them the following via email:
Please note that these KYC Documents are NOT for QCoopers (KYC Docs for QCoopers will be required at a later date).
These KYC documents are for Quatro and are only required to be sent in by QUATRO MEMBERS in order to receive their debit cards. The Quatro Debit Card is not to be confused with the QCoopers debit card. Quatro Debit Cards may be used to withdraw commissions.
